We source and personally select our teas from select tea gardens across India.

We work directly with each tea garden in India and eliminate the need for a middle-man. This allows us to develop strong relationships with the farmers, gain access to the very best batches, and ensure you receive the best experience in every sip.

Yes, our teas are made of 100% natural ingredients. We are committed to being natural without the use of artificial flavors, coloring or preservatives

All the tea gardens that we collaborate with are committed to not using pesticides or artificial preservatives when possible. Some of the larger tea gardens that we source from have been able to get organic certification.

Most tea gardens that we collaborate with practice organic methods, but have not been able to get certified organic due to financial constraints. The tea gardens that are most affected by the high pressure of pests and diseases, tend to have integrated pest management, and do not spray unnecessarily.

To maintain freshness, tea should be kept in an air tight pouch or an airtight container. Oxygen and moisture can affect the quality of tea.

It's also important to remember that tea absorbs scents, so make sure to keep it away from any foods and spices that have a strong aroma or smell. Always store tea in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight.

All of our blends are completely caffeine-free. We believe that a great cup of tea should be something you can enjoy at any time of the day — morning, afternoon, or before bed — without any worry. Our blends are crafted from herbs, botanicals, and natural ingredients that are naturally free of caffeine.

While most of our teas use natural ingredients, we always recommend consulting your doctor or midwife before consuming herbal teas during pregnancy. Some herbs may not be suitable at certain stages, and your healthcare provider is best placed to advise you.

Most of our teas have a shelf life of 18–24 months from the date of packaging when stored correctly. However, for the best flavour and aroma, we recommend consuming them within 12 months of purchase. Each pack carries a best before date for your reference.

Different teas require different temperatures for the best results. Most of our teas are best brewed at 90°C.
