 Hibiscus Immunity Shots

Immunity shots are everywhere, but most of them taste like something you'd rather not drink. This one actually tastes good tart, punchy, and surprisingly pleasant. Hibiscus is naturally rich in antioxidants and Vitamin C, making it a genuinely functional little shot.

  • • 2 Brew Sage Hibiscus tea bags
  • • 150ml hot water (less water = more concentrated)
  • • 1 tsp raw apple cider vinegar
  • • 1 tsp honey
  • • A pinch of black salt

Methods

  1. Steep both tea bags in 150ml of hot water for 8 minutes.
  2. This gives you a very concentrated, almost syrupy brew.
  3. Remove the bags and stir in apple cider vinegar, honey, and black salt.
  4. Pour into small shot glasses (this makes 2–3 shots). Drink immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 days.
