Ingredients

What you'll need

  • • 1 Brew Sage Night Unwind tea bag
  • • 150ml hot water
  • • 100ml warm whole milk (or oat milk)
  • • 1 tsp honey
  • • A tiny pinch of nutmeg

Methods

How to make it 

  1. Steep the tea bag in hot water for 7 minutes longer than usual to get a strong base.
  2. Remove the bag.
  3. Warm the milk separately and pour it into the tea.
  4. Stir in honey and finish with a tiny pinch of nutmeg on top.
  5. Drink it 30 minutes before bed.
