  • • 3 Brew Sage Night Unwind tea bags
  • • 400ml hot water
  • • 2 tbsp honey
  • • Juice of 1 lemon
  • • A few fresh lemongrass pieces or lemon slices to place inside the mould

Methods

How to make

  1. it Steep the tea bags in hot water for 8 minutes.
  2. Remove and stir in honey and lemon juice. Let it cool to room temperature.
  3. Place a lemon slice or small lemongrass piece into each popsicle mould for a pretty effect, then pour the tea mixture in.
  4. Freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight.
