Ingredients
What you'll need
• 1 Brew Sage Hibiscus tea bag
• 200ml hot water
• 1 tsp rose syrup or 1 tsp honey
• Juice of half a lime
• Ice cubes
Methods
Steep the tea bag in hot water for 6 minutes for a deep, concentrated brew.
Remove the bag and let it cool.
Pour over ice, add rose syrup or honey, lime juice, and top with sparkling water for a fizzy finish.
Stir gently and garnish with rose petals.
