Ingredients

What you'll need

  • • 1 Brew Sage Hibiscus tea bag
  • • 200ml hot water
  • • 1 tsp rose syrup or 1 tsp honey
  • • Juice of half a lime
  • • Ice cubes

Methods

  1. Steep the tea bag in hot water for 6 minutes for a deep, concentrated brew.
  2. Remove the bag and let it cool.
  3. Pour over ice, add rose syrup or honey, lime juice, and top with sparkling water for a fizzy finish.
  4. Stir gently and garnish with rose petals.
